Enjoy a comfortable 2 hour harbour cruise on the 9th largest lake in the world, the Great Slave Lake! See Yellowknife and its surrounding scenery just as famous explorer Sir John Franklin saw it almost 200 years ago! You will learn about the true history of the Yellowknives Dene Indians, the history of Yellowknife and the wildife and geography of the area. You will see colourful houseboats, the floatplanes and the Indian Village. Then its out to our island 15km from Yellowknife for nice nature hike, then back to Yellowknife.

3-hr Eagle Viewing Boat Tour

Enjoy a relaxing boat ride on one of the largest lakes in the world with a local Aboriginal tour operator! After a comfortable harbor cruise of Yellowknife, we will venture out further on the Great Slave Lake to look for the majestic Eagle! Includes delicious snack lunch of smoked Arctic Char, Traditional Bannock and health drink. Your Aboriginal guide will talk about the eagle and its spiritual importance to our Aboriginal culture.

Our boats are 22.5 ft double hull Harbercraft boats with top to keep you warm and protect you from the elements. They are equipped with life jackets, safety equipment, marine radio and GPS. All of our guides are Aboriginal and from Yellowknife and will keep you entertained with stories about our culture, about the land, the lake, the history and Yellowknife.
